Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 6:00PM - Appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to approve a Site Plan Review, Scenic Corridor Permit, and Oak Tree Permit to add 135 new housing units to an existing 600-unit apartment complex located at 3831 Orchid Lane, in the Residential, Multifamily (RM-24) zoning district and Scenic Corridor (-SC) overlay zone. Of the 135 new housing units, 27 will be deed-restricted affordable units to low-income households. Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 2:00PM- Community Development Director's Public Hearing for an Administrative Plan Review to construct backyard improvements to a property with an existing 2,256 square-foot home located at 23109 Park Contessa. The proposed backyard improvements include an infinity pool, outdoor patio, barbecue, fire pit, new hardscape and landscaping.
