Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 6:00 PM - Request for a Site Plan Review, Scenic Corridor Permit, and Oak Tree Permit to add 135 new housing units to an existing 600-unit apartment complex located at 3831 Orchid Lane, in the Residential, Multifamily (RM-24) zoning district and Scenic Corridor (-SC) overlay zone. Of the 135 new housing units, 27 units will be deed-restricted affordable to low-income households. Also note, story poles have been installed at the project site. The poles represent the maximum height of the proposed structures, and are intended to provide a rough representation of the project’s height, mass, and bulk.
