Project Description:
On January 26, 2023, the City of Calabasas received a request for a Site Plan Review for the construction of a new medical office building located at 24820 Calabasas Rd (APN: 2069-009-033) within the Commercial Limited (CL) zoning district, and within the Commercial Auto Retailer (CAR) and Scenic Corridor (SC) overlay zones. The proposal includes the construction of a two-story medical facility (26,706 sq. ft.) with ground floor surgical suites and a subterranean parking facility.
