The City of Calabasas Public Works Department will be implementing new reduced speed limits citywide in early 2026. As a result of a data-driven technical engineering analysis, many posted speed limits will be lowered by 5 to 10 miles per hour, depending on the roadway. This effort is part of the City’s ongoing commitment to enhancing roadway safety for residents, visitors, and all travelers.
