All meetings posted are open to the public and may be attended in person at the time and location stated in the agenda. Regular meeting agendas are published and posted 72 hours prior in advance of the scheduled meeting. Special meetings may be scheduled as needed and agendas are posted 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
Public Participation Guidelines
Public Comment Options:
- Written Comments: Written comments may be provided at or in advance of the meeting. Comments may be mailed, dropped off at City Hall, or emailed to the City Clerk.
- Verbal Comments: Verbal comments may be provided in person at the meeting. Speaker cards are available at all meetings.

If you require assistance to understand or participate in a meeting, please contact the City Clerk’s Department at (818) 224-1600 ext. 663 or via email at cityclerk@cityofcalabasas.com at least 48 hours prior to the meeting to enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to the meeting.
Remote Participation (ZOOM)
In compliance with SB 707 and The Brown Act, members of the public may participate remotely in City Council meetings in real time via Zoom Webinar platform, either by computer or phone.
Zoom Webinar Meeting Information:
In order to participate remotely, you must be present in the Zoom Webinar. Click on the Zoom link provided on the agenda to sign up to speak and/or observe. After registering through Zoom, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. All public comments are limited to 3 minutes per item.
Computer: Individuals wishing to speak will be placed in the queue for public comments. During the item that you would like to speak on, please use the “Raise Hand” feature to request to speak when the Mayor calls for the item and the unmute button when prompted.
Phone: To join by phone: Dial 1-669-900-9128 or 1-669-444-9171 and enter Meeting ID provided on the agenda. To raise your hand via phone, please press *9 and unmute when called by pressing *6.

If you experience technical difficulties with your personal connection, the meeting will continue and will not be interrupted. *Please note: Zoom participation does not allow for use of video, and all members of the public will automatically be muted upon entry to the meeting.

Livestream Video
Regularly scheduled City Council and Planning Commission Meetings are Livestreamed and can be accessed and watched live within the agenda portal as well as on the City's official YouTube page. Meeting video is available and accessible after the meeting in the archives.
