NEW FEES TO BEGIN JANUARY 1, 2026
We want to share an important update about memberships at the Calabasas Tennis & Swim Center. On December 3, 2025, the City Council approved a new membership and fee structure for CTSC following a comprehensive cost-of-services and fee study (full report available here).
Beginning January 1, 2026, memberships will be simplified into two categories:
- Full Access
- Fitness Access (Health & Swim Only)
Updated fees will take effect on January 1 and will be phased in over a two-year period.

Below is how the change will affect each membership type:
Non-Primetime Members – Action Required by December 15, 2025
Non-Primetime memberships will no longer be offered as of January 1, 2026.
You may choose one of the following:
- Move to a Full Access Membership
- Move to a Fitness Access (Health & Swim Only) Membership
- Cancel your membership effective December 31, 2025
To make your selection, complete this form before December 15, 2025.
Weekend Members
Weekend memberships are being discontinued on January 1, 2026.
After that date:
- You may still use the facility through drop-in daily fees, and
- If you are on (or would like to join) a waitlist, you may be moved into Full Access or Fitness Access as space becomes available.
To join the waitlist, complete this form.
Important note: If you are already on a waitlist or have submitted this form in the past, please do not complete it again. Submitting the form multiple times will not change your position on the waitlist.
Prime Time Tennis Members
- Your membership will automatically transition to a Full Access Membership on January 1, 2026.
- The updated Full Access fees will be phased in over two years.
- No action is required from you for this transition.
Prime Time Health Members
- Your membership will automatically transition to a Fitness Access (Health & Swim Only) Membership on January 1, 2026.
- The updated Fitness Access fees will be phased in over two years.
- No action is required from you for this transition.
