HERE'S HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED IN THE FESTIVAL!

BECOME A VOLUNTEER (Ages 12 & Up)  Make an impact while having fun decorating, leading games, and assisting with festival activities. 

• All volunteers sign up on CivicRec at cityofcalabasasreg.org (AVAILABLE IN SEPTEMBER). Minors need a Parent or Guardian to complete the registration on their behalf.
• Shifts available Saturday and/or Sunday, October 18 & 19, 2025.  Saturday shifts will assist with setup and decorating. Sunday shifts will assist with activities. Let us know your preference in the registration prompt. 
• City staff will reach out via email to confirm your participation and availability. 
• Final details such as shift schedules, parking and drop off info, and dress attire will be emailed one week before the event.
• Teen volunteers will receive a letter on City of Calabasas letterhead verifying completion of community service hours for school transcripts within 30 days of the event.

BECOME A MARKETPLACE VENDOR  If you have Autumn, Harvest, or Halloween items or want to sell your crafts, clothing, or home and garden products to thousands of patrons, then the Pumpkin Festival Marketplace is for you!  Discounted vending fees apply for vendors featuring pumpkin items.

BECOME A FOOD COURT VENDOR  Have a food truck or operate a temporary food stand? The Food Court may be for you!   We strive for tasty flavors, excellent customer service, and a high standard of health and safety practices.  All vendors are required to offer a pumpkin food item in their booth.
