Indoor Adult Basketball League

Have some competitive fun while getting exercise! Join the Adult Recreational Basketball League 5 on 5 play for ages 16 and up.  Whether you have little to no experience with basketball or you're a former pro, we have several divisions to meet your need!

LEAGUE RULES

*NEW JERSEY RULE FOR ALL DIVISIONS*

Each team must have matching color jerseys with numbers on the back.

• If a player begins play without a jersey, a technical foul will be assessed. 2 points for the first offense and 1 point for each additional missing jersey thereafter will go to the opposing team. 
• Custom jerseys are allowed, and all jersey numbers are eligible 0-99
• Proper athletic attire for shorts and pants must be worn as well (jeans etc. are not permitted).

GENERAL GAME HOURS

Weeknights: Sundays or Thursdays, 6:00pm - 10:00pm

SEASONAL TEAM FEE - $356

GAME FEES 

Each team must bring $50 to each game for official fees. The money must be submitted to the scorekeeper before the game begins.
