In observance of Independence Day, Calabasas City Hall will be closed today, Friday, July 3rd. City Hall will reopen with regular hours on Monday, July 6th.

The City’s Fourth of July Spectacular Celebration is Tomorrow
The City of Calabasas’ annual Fourth of July celebration is happening tomorrow! Presented in partnership with the Calabasas Park Homeowners Association, this longtime community tradition offers a full day of family-friendly activities, including the Lakeside Fun Run around Calabasas Lake followed by the Pet Show, and the Summer Splash Party at the Calabasas Tennis & Swim Center. E-Waste Collection Event on Saturday, July 4th
Reminder: The next e-Waste Collection will be held on Saturday, July 4th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please note: Business waste will not be accepted.

Accepted Items
Televisions, monitors, printers, copiers, computers, laptops, servers, network switches, routers, mixed cables, power tools, remote controls, keyboards, mice, plotters, cell phones, wired phones, cellphone and laptop batteries, and media such as records, tapes, CDs, and film.

Unaccepted Items
Light fixtures, vacuum cleaners, small appliances, microwave ovens, dishwashers, freezers, refrigerators, alkaline batteries, light bulbs, fluorescent lamps, ballasts, and similar items.

This event is independently managed by California Recycles Inc. To support residents in properly disposing of items year-round, the City offers and promotes a variety of free recycling programs. LA County Summer Lunch and Snack Programs for Youth
This summer, Los Angeles County Parks & Recreation and the Los Angeles County Library are offering free Summer Lunch and Snack Programs for children and teens. Free meals are available at participating parks and libraries throughout Los Angeles County, with no income requirements to participate. Families can locate a nearby meal site through participating County parks and libraries, the California Department of Education’s website, or the CA Meals for Kids mobile app.



Saturdays at the Farmers' Market
As the weather warms up, the Calabasas Farmers’ Market is a great place to spend a Saturday morning with family and friends while supporting local farmers and small businesses. Held every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Old Town Calabasas, the market features fresh produce, baked goods, handcrafted items, specialty foods, and more. It continues to be a popular community gathering spot and a great way to shop locally while enjoying everything our community has to offer.
