The City of Calabasas is rolling out a new agenda management system, OneMeeting, designed to make it easier for the community to access City Council and commission meeting information.

The City successfully used OneMeeting for the Jan. 14, 2026, City Council meeting and will now use the system for all boards and commissions.

For residents, OneMeeting offers a centralized, user-friendly public portal where meeting agendas, cancellations, staff reports and related documents are easier to find, search and review. The portal serves as a comprehensive resource for meeting calendars, livestreams, public comment options, archived agendas, minutes and videos, while also supporting new state transparency requirements.

The City will continue to share updates as the system is fully implemented and encourages the community to explore the new portal as a primary source for meeting-related information.
