THE RESCHEDULED SNOW, SNOW, SNOW DAY
HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO FORECAST RAIN

Snow Snow Snow day, previously postponed and rescheduled for Sunday, February 28, 2010, has been cancelled due to the forecast of significant rain prior to the event.

Although Sunday’s weather outlook forecasts a warm and sunny day, several national weather models are predicting more than an inch of rain will fall in Calabasas within 24 hours of the Snow day program.    The wet grounds at Gates Canyon Park  would likely experience significant and costly damage from the heavy trycks transporting the snow and from the sledding activities.  The City of Calabasas apologizes for any inconvenience.
