Purchased by the City in 1994, the Tennis & Swim Center includes a swimming lap pool, children's training pool, 15 hard courts & 1 clay tennis court, a weight room, cardio room, an aerobics room, meeting rooms, playground, locker rooms, saunas and a snack bar. Massages are offered at the Center, as well as both swimming and tennis lessons.

CLASSIFICATIONS

No Charge - City of Calabasas sponsored and co-sponsored events. Non-profit community organizations using the facility for public meeting.
25% Off Basic Rate - Community organizations providing an activity which is free and open to the public.
50% Off Basic Rate - Fundraising activity for the community groups when funds raised support community activities.
75% Off Basic Rate - use by community organizations or non-profit organizations when activity is not open to the public.
Basic Rate - Groups conducting religious, political or union meetings. Private parties and corporate meetings not open to public. Dances and fund raising events when funds are not used to support local community activities.
Basic Rate plus 25% of gross receipts - commercial use for financial gain. NOTE: Filming fees will be negotiated based on facility impact and availability.

The listed rates are for a three hour pool party during regular open swim hours and includes free use of the pool. For each hour beyond three there is a charge of 25% of rental rate for every hour after. After hour private pool parties are charged by the hour.
NOTE: 1. Deposit for all pool rentals are $150 2. All food and beverages MUST be provided by on-site catering service. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3. Amplified music is NOT permitted outdoors.
