Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. - A request for a Site Plan Review to allow the construction of a 724 square-foot 2-story addition, a 605 square-foot solid-roof patio cover , and a 152 square-foot solid-roof patio cover at an existing, legal nonconforming, single-family residence located at 26204 Veva Way within the Residential, Single-Family (RS) zoning district (APN: 2052-016-025)
Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. - A request for a Site Plan Review, Scenic Corridor Permit, Development Plan Review, Variance and Oak Tree Permit to demolish an existing 4,458 square-foot two-story single-family residence and construct a new 7,961 square-foot two-story single-family residence, four-car attached garage, pool and associated residential accessory structures. A variance is required in order to construct the proposed house within 50 feet vertically and 50 feet horizontally of a significant ridgeline. The subject site is located at 24111 Saint Andrews Lane (APN: 4455-006-018), within the Open Space (OS) zoning district and Scenic Corridor overlay zone.
Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. - Request for an Administrative Plan Review for the construction of a one-story 432 square foot addition, covered entry patio, and open air courtyard to an existing one-story single-family residence located at 26027 Edenpark Drive within the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district.
Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. - A request for a Wireless Telecommunication Permit, Administrative Plan Review and a Scenic Corridor Permit to modify an existing Verizon wireless telecommunication facility. The project proposes the relocation of 2 existing antenna sectors, removal of 15 previously approved panel antennas and installing 9 new panel antennas, the installation of 4 new RRU’s, and the installation of 3 new Fiberglass Reinforced Panel (FRP) screen boxes. The project is located at 23586 Calabasas Road within the Commercial, Old Town (CT) zoning district and the 101 Ventura Freeway Scenic Corridor overlay. (APN: 2068-004-062)
