NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Wednesday, February 3, at 2:00 p.m. - A request for an Administrative Plan Review to construct a 109 square-foot addition, reconfigure the existing roof, and remove an existing 4-ft retaining wall and construct a new 4-ft retaining wall on a new location to an existing 2,707 square-foot, legal nonconforming single-family residence located within the Residential, Single-Family (RS) zoning district at 3522 Eddingham Avenue (A.P.N. 2080-007-004).
Wednesday, February 3, at 6:00 p.m. - Request for a Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan Review, Lot Merger, Scenic Corridor Permit, Development Plan, Oak Tree Permit and Street Vacation for the construction of a new 73,000 square-foot hotel, which includes 127 rooms, pool and surface level parking. The proposed project includes a Development Plan Permit in order to construct a 50-foot tall 4-story building and construction of retaining walls in excess of 6-feet in height. The project includes the City vacating a portion of Rondell Street that abuts the western property line. An Oak Tree Permit is required to allow for encroachment into the protected zone of two oak trees. The subject site is located at 26300 Rondell Street (APN 2069-031-014 and 2069-031-015), within the Commercial Retail zoning district and Scenic Corridor overlay zone.
Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. - City Council review of a Planning Commission decision to approve a request for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a spin-focused health and fitness club (SoulCycle) in a mixed-use
structure currently under construction located at 23500 Park Sorrento within the Commercial Mixed-Use (CMU) zoning district.
Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. - A request for an Administrative Plan Review for construction of a 10 square-foot addition, construction of a new 264.7 square-foot open lattice trellis, and a new outdoor barbecue island at an existing legal nonconforming single-family residence located at 3325 Mountain Park Drive within the Residential, Single-Family zoning district.
Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. - Request for an Administrative Plan Review permit to allow for the construction of a swimming pool to be setback up to two feet from the rear property line, which abuts a dedicated slope maintenance area (within The Oaks of Calabasas Homeowners Association), associated equipment, barbeque and walls under 6 in height located in the rear yard of a property, located at 4165 Prado de los Pajaros (APN: 2069-088-005), within the Residential, Single-Family (RS) zoning district.
Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. - Request for Site Plan Review to add 1,280 square-feet to an existing two-story single-family residence, construct a detached trellis and bbq in the rear yard, and install a new property line fence for a property located at 4046 Towhee Dr, within the RS zoning district.
