NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. - Request for an Administrative Plan Review to construct a 250 square-foot ground floor addition (97 square feet to existing kitchen and 154 square feet to existing dining room), and a Variance to exceed the allowable height of the aforementioned ground floor addition near a significant ridgeline (CMC Section 17.20.150(C)(2)) to an existing, legal nonconforming 6,797 square-foot, single-family residence located at 25516 Prado De Azul located within the Residential, Single-Family (RS) zoning district (A.P.N. 2069-100-035).
Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. - Request for an Administrative Plan Review, Site Plan Review, Scenic Corridor Permit and Oak Tree Permit for a remodel and 3,047 sq. ft. addition to an existing automobile dealership (BMW) located at 24500 Calabasas Road within the Commercial Retail (CR) zoning district. Proposed improvements include a 3,047 sq. ft. addition to the existing structure, a new 4.5’ high retaining wall, realignment of the fire lane/access drive, minor reconfiguration of landscaping, minor enlargement of the outdoor display area, retrofitting of site lighting and interior reconfiguration (including addition of a small “Bistro”). Story poles have been erected on-site in accordance with the City’s story pole policy.
Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. - Request for a Minor Modification Permit to modify an existing T-Mobile Wireless Telecommunications Facility in accordance with Section 6409(a) of the 2012 Tax Relief Act. The proposal includes the installation of three (3) new antennas, installation of three (3) Remote Radio Units (RRU’s), installation of three (3) T-Arms and painting all equipment to match the water tank. The project is located at 24800 Cordillera Drive within the Public Facility (PF) zoning district. (APN: 2069-078-900)
Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. - Request for Site Plan Review to add 674 square-feet to an existing two-story single-family residence located at 25211 Prado del Grandioso, within the RS zoning district.
Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. - Request for: 1) an Administrative Plan Review and 2) Variance (to build on a significant ridgeline) to construct a 185 square-foot, one-story addition in the side yard of an existing 4,682 square-foot, two-story single-family residence for a property located at 25230 Prado de las Panteras (APN: 2069-087-015), within the Residential, Single-Family (RS) zoning district. Story poles have been installed for this project.
