Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. - Request for an Administrative Plan Review to construct a 494 square-foot addition (inclusive of a 31 square-foot, first-floor addition, 38 square-foot addition to the entryway, 84 square-foot mudroom addition, and a 341 square-foot, second-floor addition) in the front of an existing, single-family residence for a property located at 5346 Ambridge Drive (APN 2052-036-030), within the Residential, Single-Family (RS) zoning district.
Thursday, June 4, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. - Request for a Site Plan Review and Scenic Corridor Permit to add 1,315 square-feet to an existing two-story single-family residence, construction of a balcony on the rear elevation, construction of a new 6-foot tall property line wall, and construction of a 5- foot tall property line wrought iron fence, located at 3850 Eddingham Ave, within the RS zoning district and Scenic Corridor overlay zone.
