NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Request for an Oak Tree Permit to encroach into 23% of the protected zone of an Oak Tree. Project is in conjunction with a request for a Zoning Clearance to construct retaining walls in the rear yard of 22812 Carsamba Drive in the residential single-family (RS) zone.     A request for a Minor Development Permit for construction of new walls, and new veneer to existing walls in front of Calabasas Village ad a Sign Permit for replacement of existing signs with new signs; and an Oak Tree Permit to allow encroachment into the protected zone of one oak tree for a property located at 23777 Mulholland Highway (APN: 2069-013-016) within the Residential, Multi-Family (RM) zoning district and designated Scenic Corridor. An encroachment permit from Public Works is required for the portion of the project located within the public right-of-way.     Request for a Minor Development Permit and Sign Permit to install a new non-illuminated building mounted freeway sign (12.22 square feet) and replace the copy on an existing monument sign with new copy (7.5 square feet) at an office building located at 26901 Agoura Road, within the commercial business park (CB) zoning district and scenic corridor overlay zone.     Adoption of Resolution No. 2010-1225, Updating the Planning Division Fee Schedule to Address New Applications Created in the Development Code Update and not Covered in the Existing Fee Schedule
