Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. - Request for an Administrative Plan Review to construct a 172 square-foot, first-floor addition on the rear elevation of an existing two-story single-family residence located at 23477 Palm Drive, in the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district.
Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. - Request for an Administrative Plan Review to construct a 399 square-foot one-story addition, 527 square-foot patio cover, 3-high walls, barbeque, and hardscape in the rear yard of an existing two-story, single-family residence for a property located at 4245 Balcony Drive (APN 2173-001-012) in the Residential, Single-Family (RS) zoning district.
Thursday, October 5, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. - Request for: (1) a Scenic Corridor Permit; (2) an Administrative Plan Review permit to divide an existing retail tenant space into three retail tenant spaces (no square footage added) and propose exterior modifications to the building; and (3) a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the sale of alcoholic beverages (Type 21 Off-Sale General) in conjunction with a new grocery store for a property located at 23741 Calabasas Road (APN: 2068-002-024), within the Commercial, Mixed Use (CMU) zoning district and designated Scenic Corridor (-SC) overlay zone.
Thursday, October 26, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. - A request for a Wireless Telecommunication Permit to modify an existing T-Mobile wireless telecommunication facility. The proposed project involves the re-location of existing ground mounted equipment to a new underground vault, and the replacement of an existing 28-foot tall street light pole with antennas concealed within a radome with a new 35-foot tall street light pole with antennas concealed within a radome (i.e. the antennas will not be visible). The project is located at 24820.5 Parkway Calabasas (west of the intersection of Parkway Calabasas and Camino Portal) within the public right-of-way.

NOTICE OF PREPARATION

NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF A DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT - West Village Project, File No. 160003152 - The proposed project involves the development of residential, commercial, and public open space/trail uses on an undeveloped site of approximately 77.22 acres. The residential component would include a non-gated community of 15 three-story multifamily housing buildings. Each building would provide 12 dwelling units for a total of 180 units, 27 of which would be designated affordable housing units. The commercial component would consist of a 5,867 square-foot retail center, including restaurant and retail uses. Approximately 86 percent of the site (66.1 acres) would be preserved as open space. Non-remedial site grading would involve approximately 218,770 cubic yards (cy) of cut and approximately 240,785 cy of fill, with a net of approximately 22,015 cy. In addition, the project would involve remedial grading to reshape and slope the land to stabilize an ancient landslide hazard area on the southern portion of the site. This remedial grading would involve an estimated 2,403,418 cy of cut, and an estimated 2,406, 971 cy of fill, with all soil being processed and balanced onsite.
