Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. - REVIEW AND DISCUSSION OF THE CITY’S ANNUAL HOUSING ELEMENT PROGRESS REPORT FOR THE 2013 CALENDAR YEAR.
Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. - INTRODUCTION OF A PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO PERMIT SUBSTITUTION AND USE OF A PUBLIC PARKING LOT AT 23577 CALABASAS ROAD TO SATISFY A REQUIREMENT FOR DEDICATED OFF-SITE PARKING IN CONNECTION WITH THE RESTAURANT USE AT 23538 CALABASAS ROAD IN THE COMMERCIAL OLD TOWN (CT) ZONING DISTRICT AND TO ACCEPT THE PLANNING COMMISSION FINDING THAT ACQUISITION OF THE PROPERTY AT 23577 CALABASAS ROAD IS CONSISTENT WITH THE CALABASAS GENERAL PLAN. THE PLANNING COMMISSION BY RESOLUTION 2014-564 HAS RECOMMENDED APPROVAL OF THE ORDINANCE. THE ITEMS ARE EXEMPT FROM ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) AS CLASS 3 AND CLASS 11 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTIONS UNDER CEQA GUIDELINES.
Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. - Request for a Site Plan Review and Variance to construct phase three of the Viewpoint modernization project, which includes the construction of the lower and primary school class rooms, locker rooms, swimming pool, athletic field and reconfiguration of the lower and primary school parking area. The proposed buildings total 23,243 square feet. The applicant is seeking approval of a variance to construct up to 10-foot tall retaining walls. The subject site is located at 23620 Mulholland Hwy in the Rural Residential zoning district and scenic corridor overlay zoning district.
Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. - The project includes: (1) a General Plan Amendment to amend the City’s Plan Area Boundary to include approximately 43.3 acres, inclusive of five parcels and a portion of the Agoura Road right-of-way, along West Agoura Road, east of Liberty Canyon Road and within unincorporated Los Angeles County’s jurisdiction; and (2) an ordinance to pre-zone the territory to Commercial, Office (CO) and Open Space – Development Restricted (OS-DR), with an overlay zone designation of Scenic Corridor (SC), in preparation for subsequent annexation.
Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. - A request to upgrade an existing Wireless Telecommunication Facility at 23741 Mulholland Highway within the public right-of-way. Project includes: the replacement of existing equipment located in a surface-mounted enclosure with new LTE equipment and the replacement of existing pole-mounted antennas with 4 new 55” Hexport antennas. Upon initial review, it appears that this project is subject to Title 47 of the US Government Code Section 1455 (a).
Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. - A request to upgrade an existing Wireless Telecommunication Facility at 24250 Parkway Calabasas within the public right-of-way. Project includes: the replacement of existing equipment located in a subterranean vault with new LTE and LTE 2C equipment and the replacement of existing pole-mounted antennas with 3 new 55” antennas within a 66” tall radome. The removal and replacement of equipment within an existing subterranean vault and within an existing radome with no outward changes apparent whatsoever, qualifies this project for an exemption under US Government Code Section 1455 (a).
Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. - A request to upgrade an existing Wireless Telecommunication Facility at 3690 Old Topanga Canyon Road within the public right-of-way. Project includes: the replacement of existing equipment located in a subterranean vault with new LTE and LTE 2C equipment and the replacement of existing pole-mounted antennas with new 55” Hexport antennas. Upon initial review, it appears that this project is subject to Title 47 of the US Government Code Section 1455 (a).
