Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. - A request for a Wireless Telecommunication Facility Permit, Administrative Plan Review and Scenic Corridor Permit to modify an existing Verizon wireless telecommunication facility. The proposed project includes the replacement of 6 existing panel antennas with 6 larger panel antennas and the installation of new equipment behind an existing screen wall on the roof of a shopping center building. NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP

Thursday, March 12, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. - Public workshop to discuss the creation of a Commercial Auto Retail Zoning District on Calabasas Road, generally located between Parkway Calabasas and Mureau Road. On January 14, 2015, the Calabasas City Council directed staff to explore options for a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change to create a new zoning district tailored to existing and future uses in the study area, with an emphasis on auto-related retail and service. At this workshop, the Planning Commission will discuss new zoning district boundaries, allowed uses within the new zone, and code standards related to auto retail and service uses including but not limited to operational requirements, lighting and signage. You are encouraged to participate and provide comments to the Planning Commission at this meeting. If, for any reason, you cannot attend the meeting, and/or would like to submit comments or ideas in writing beforehand (via letter or e-mail), please send them to the project planner using the below-listed contact information.
