On May 12, 2016, Rondell Oasis LLC submitted a Conditional Use
Permit, Site Plan Review and Scenic Corridor Permit for the
construction and use of a 67,177 square-foot, 35-foot tall
self-storage facility with surface level parking. The proposed
three-story self-storage facility includes a front office and 549
storage units. The subject site is located at 26300 Rondell Road,
within the Commercial Retail (CR) zoning district, Scenic Corridor
(SC) overlay zone and the Las Virgenes Gateway Masterplan.
