Traffic Control Plan - Las Virgenes Road
The changes are as follows:

  • All traffic (north and south bound) will temporarily be moved to the west side of the road between La Paz and Willow Glen

  • Traffic control will remain the same from Willow Glen to A.E. Wright School

  • From A.E. Wright School to Lost Hills Rd, traffic will be moved to the outside lanes

Your cooperation to follow all temporary traffic control signs, marking and construction zone speed limits is appreciated.

Project Description:

The Las Virgenes Roadway Widening and Improvement project addresses the design modifications needed to provide two travel lanes in each direction, bike lanes, landscaped medians and continuous sidewalks along the eastern side of the road.

  • Letters were mailed to key property owners and/or homeowner association contacts in April of 2011.

  • A pre-construction meeting is scheduled for June 18, 2015

  • Project updates were conducted at the 10/25/11, 1/24/12 and 10/23/12 TTC meetings and 9/10/14 City Council meeting.
