The project to be constructed consists of Asphalt
Rubberized Hot Mix (ARHM) on Mulholland Hwy from Eddingham Ave to
Paul Revere Drive. Construction will begin on December 26, 2012 and
will end on January 4,2013 while the schools are on winter break for
holidays.
