local cable service. Under the
City's Cable franchise agreement, Calabasas staff collect complaints from
cable viewers in the City, assign a case number, write up an official
complaint, submit the complaint to the cable provider, and follow-up on that
complaint until the situation is resolved.
Cable representatives also attend Calabasas
Communications & Technology Commission meetings to review resolved and
unresolved cable service issues.
