The
Mountain View Estates HOA currently pays for water and maintenance of the
median and shoulders of Mureau Road. Since annexation would bring
Mountain View Estates property taxes into Calabasas, the City is prepared to
agree to assume these costs.
Additionally, this area would be maintained to the high standards of the
City of Calabasas. Calabasas leaders look forward to talking to the
Mountain View Estates HOA Board about this and any other ideas that they may
have to save money for Mountain View Estates residents.
