Storms are on the way-- be prepared!

A storm predicted to be one of the heaviest to hit Calabasas in several years is on the horizon. The City of Calabasas wants to help you be prepared. The City has contractors on call to deal with potential issues such as downed trees, non-functioning traffic signals, and minor rock and mud slides.  If you have an emergency, please contact the Sheriff at  (818) 878-1808.

Local Fire Department stations have sand bags available for residents.  Some stations carry the sand to fill up the sand bags.  Fire Department personnel do not fill up the sand bags, residents are responsible for filling up and hauling their sand bags. Please contact the station closest to you to check on availability of sand and sand bags. There is a maximum of 25 bags per resident.
