Occupation:     Mayor Pro Tem, Calabasas City Council; Attorney, Cinmark Company, L.P.

As the current Mayor Pro Tem and a member of the City Council since 2005, I have worked hard to help keep Calabasas a thriving, beautiful community.  I have worked to:

-Reduce traffic by upgrading our city shuttle system and supporting the efforts of the Sheriff’s Department.
-Ensure public safety in our City by helping to lead the effort to add a School Safety Officer to our Sheriff’s contingent.
-Beautify our City by working on the Mulholland beautification project.
-Facilitate the replacement of the Lost Hills overpass by collaborating with our Public Works Department.
-Help preserve additional open space, ensuring that our current open space will stay that way, by supporting Measure O.
-Help formulate the Green Calabasas initiatives as a founding Council liaison to the Green Calabasas task force.
-Provide assistance to our Schools as a Council liaison to the Las Virgenes Unified School District.
-Assist in completion of our new City Hall and Library, on time and on budget, as a member of the Civic Center Task Force.
-Help the city maintain its reserves and an efficient budget as Council budget liaison.
-Start a new City CERT program as a Council liaison to public safety.
-Support our existing City CERP program and assist in creating our drive-thru flu shot clinics.
-Advocate strongly for the seniors in our community.

With your vote of confidence, I will continue working to make improvements in our city and keep Calabasas the special place that it is.
