A vote-by-mail (absentee) ballot is available to any registered voter and may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office. To contact the City Clerk's Office call (818) 224-1661.  The period for requesting a mail-in ballot is February 2, 2009 to February 24, 2009. Between these days (both days included), any voter entitled to vote by mail may file a written application for a mail-in ballot with the City Clerk.
