An absentee ballot is available to any registered voter and may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office. To contact the City Clerk's Office call (818) 878-4225.  The period for requesting a mail-in ballot is February 3, 2003 to February 25, 2003. Between these days (both days included), any voter entitled to vote by mail may file a written application for a mail-in ballot with the City Clerk.
