All police and fire services are provided to residents through contract with the Los
Angeles County Sheriffs Department and Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los
Angeles County. The City receives fire protection and paramedic services as well as
wildland fire protection and forester tree service from the Department of Forestry and
Fire Warden.
