The City Attorney is appointed by the Council on a contract basis and is responsible
for administration of the legal affairs of the City and represents the City in litigation
and hearings. The City Attorney prepares or reviews all ordinances, contracts, and other
legal instruments and renders legal advice and opinions to the City Council, City Manager
and other departments. |
