this time. Speakers are requested to print their name and city or
jurisdiction of residence on the form provided. If you wish to be
heard on a listed agenda item, please wait until that point on the
agenda. Please keep your comments to three (3) minutes or less.
Under the provisions of the California Government Code, the
Commission is prohibited by law from discussing or taking immediate
action on any item not on the agenda unless it can be demonstrated
to be of an emergency nature, or the need to take action arose after
the posting of the agenda.

may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else
raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written
correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to,
the public hearing.
A copy of the Planning Commission agenda packet, staff reports and
supporting documents and any materials related to an item on this
Agenda submitted to the Planning Commission after distribution of
the agenda packet are available for review by the public in the
Community Development Department located at Calabasas City Hall, 100
Civic Center Way. City Hall office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.,
Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. every Friday. If
you have any questions regarding a particular project please contact
the project planner.

or participate in a Planning Commission meeting, please contact the
Community Development Department, (818) 224-1600, at least one
