The City values and invites written comments from residents on matters set for Planning Commission consideration. In order to provide commissioners ample time to review all correspondence, any written communication must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office before 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.

A request to modify approved File No. 150000708 (approved by Planning Commission on December 3, 2015) to: (1) change the colors and materials of the residence; (2) change the locations of windows and the trash enclosure; and to (3) enclose the 495 square-foot rooftop deck for a 3,065 square-foot, single-family residence currently under construction, located at 4615 Park Mirasol (APN: 2068-007-013), within the Residential, Single-Family (RS) zoning district. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines.

A copy of the Planning Commission agenda packet, staff reports and supporting documents and any materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the Planning Commission after distribution of the agenda packet are available for review by the public in the Community Development Department located at Calabasas City Hall, 100 Civic Center Way. City Hall office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. every Friday. If you have any questions regarding a particular project please contact the project planner.
