for a Site Plan Review, Scenic Corridor Permit and Oak Tree Permit
to construct a 4,880 square-foot two-story locker room/weight room
adjacent to an existing football field. The proposed project
includes the encroachment into the protected zone of 11 oak trees.
The subject site is located at 23620 Mulholland Hwy, within the
Rural Residential (RR) zoning district and Scenic Corridor overlay
zone. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt
from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15303, and
15314 of the CEQA Guidelines.

Civic Center Way. City Hall office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.,
Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. every Friday. If
you have any questions regarding a particular project please contact
