ANNOUNCEMENTS
May 14th (9am-2:00am): Water Base Paint and Used Oil Round-Up at the Calabasas City Hall located at 100 Civic Center Way
May 21st (10am – 3pm): Electronic Waste Round-up at Albertson’s shopping center parking lot located at 26521 Agoura Road
June 4th (10 am – 3 pm) : Electronic Waste Collection Event at Vons Shopping Center Parking Lot located at 23381 Mulholland Drive, Woodland Hills (intersection of Calabasas Road)
June 12th (10am – 3 pm): Household hazardous waste collection event at the Calabasas Landfill located at 5300 Lost Hills Road in Calabasas.
June 24th (7:00 pm-9:00pm): City’s 25th Anniversary Reception. A Calabasas History Exhibit will be showcased in the Library as well as Historical Books of Calabasas.
June 25th (10am-11:00 am): Senior Center Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony followed by Hip Hop Dance event for kids at the Library and trolley tour of city landmarks.

MISSION STATEMENT

“The mission of the Environmental Commission of the City of Calabasas is to advise the City Council regarding the stewardship of our environment as it affects the character of the Community and quality of life of our residents. We strive to balance those elements that influence the degree to which our community sustains its social, economic and physical environment while maintaining and enhancing our natural and cultural resources”.
