1. Request for a zoning clearance to allow for the installation of new ground mounted equipment within the equipment area for an existing T-Mobile wireless telecommunication facility located at 23521 Mulholland Highway, within the public right-of-way.

2. File No. 140000516 - A request for a Wireless Telecommunications Facility Permit, Administrative Plan Review and a Scenic Corridor Permit to upgrade an existing Wireless Telecommunication Facility at 27001 Agoura Road within the Commercial Business (CB) zoning district. Project includes: the replacement of 12 existing antennas with 12 new antennas, replacement of existing equipment with new equipment within the existing enclosures. Upon initial review, it appears that this project is subject to Title 47 of the US Government Code Section 1455 (a). (This project is subject to the provisions of Section 6409a of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012). CEQA: The proposed project has been determined to qualify for one or more categorical exemptions under CEQA.
