Calabasas Municipal Code section
17.12.030. The maximum height for structures in the Old Topanga
overlay zone and in the Calabasas Highlands overlay zone is either 25
feet or 27 feet depending on the type of roof structure, and may
actually be lower based upon the topographic characteristics of the
subject property. Exceptions to the height limits (such as chimneys,
flag poles, and church spires) are listed in section
17.20.120 of the
