Land Use and Development Code; and amending the City’s
Zoning Map to establish the Commercial Auto Retailer
(CAR) Overlay Zone to permit automobile retailer,
related automotive accessory uses, and offsite
automobile dealer inventory lots; and to establish the
CAR Overlay Zone boundaries. Following a Planning
Commission meeting on February 16, 2017, the Planning
Commission recommended adoption of the Mitigated
Negative Declaration, and approval of the project per
Planning Commission Resolution No. 2017-640.
Subsequently the City Council adopted the Mitigated
Negative Declaration for these amendments on March 8,
2017, per City Council Resolution No. 2017-1543
