Chapter 17.30 (Signs) to permit a gateway, freeway-facing monument

centers pursuant to Calabasas Municipal Code Section 17.76.010. The
City's staff has determined that the project is categorically exempt
from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to
Section 15061(b)(3) of the California CEQA Guidelines
