Applicant: Las Virgenes Municipal Water District. The project site
is located at 4232 Las Virgenes Road within the Public Facility (PF)
zoning district and the Las Virgenes Road Scenic Corridor (SC). And
CEQA: The proposed project has been determined to qualify
