Adoption of Ordinance No. 2012-302, amending Section 17.12.050 of
the Calabasas Municipal Code by adding a provision clarifying that
Section 17.12.050 of the Calabasas Municipal Code is intended to
regulate all uses of wireless communications in the City, including
uses by public utilities, to the extent of the City’s power to
regulate the use of land under federal and state law, but not to
exceed the scope of the City’s authority; and readopting Ordinance
No. 2012-295 in its entirety, including this amendment.
