7. Discussion regarding extending Urgency Ordinance No. 2011-288U, an urgency ordinance extending the moratorium on the issuance of permits for wireless communication facilities. PLEASE NOTE:  The staff report for this item will only be posted online if the City Council does not introduce Ordinance No. 2012-295 on April 25, 2012.
