Scenic Corridor Permit, and Development Plan seeking permission to
construct a two-story, 20,983 square-foot Tuscan style vintage
automotive dealership with a 37,598 square-foot two-level
subterranean garage on a 0.93 acre parcel located at 24439 Calabasas
Road (APN: 2069-009-029) and currently within the Commercial,
Limited (CL) Zoning District and Scenic Corridor (SC) Overlay Zone
and adopting the associated mitigated negative declaration.
