Recommendation to (1) make permanent the Rental Assistance Program; (2) make permanent the temporary $50 increase to the monthly rental subsidy provided through the City’s Rental Assistance Program; (3) approve an expansion of the program from 45 to 50 people; and (4) direct the Chief Financial Officer to adjust the 2010-2011 Municipal Budget accordingly.
