Adoption of Ordinance No. 2009-258, approving the pre-zoning of the Mont Calabasas Annexation Area (Permit No. PL08000613) in conformance with the land-use policies of the Calabasas General 2030 General Plan and in preparation for submission of an application to the Los Angeles County Local Area Formation Commission seeking annexation of the Mont Calabasas area to the City of Calabasas.
