4. Adoption of Resolution No.
2009-1168, approving File No. 080000979, a site plan review
(PL0802184) to reduce the number of code required parking spaces
from 302 to 287 and to expand the subterranean parking garage by
3,527 square feet in order to accommodate seven (7) additional
parking spaces (309 parking spaces will be provided on the subject
site) and a community room area for the Village at Calabasas, a
recently approved mixed use project located at 23500 Park Sorrento.
The modified site plan also includes six (6) additional surface
level parking spaces required as a condition of the previous
approval.
