The City Council will convene and

1. One matter of Anticipated Litigation,
pursuant to Government Code Section G.C. G.C. 54956.9b(3)(C), a point
has been reached where, in the opinion of the City Council/Agency on
the advice of its legal counsel, based on the below-described existing
facts and circumstances, there is a significant exposure to litigation
against the City Council/Agency: Receipt of Claim pursuant to Tort
Claims Act or other written communication from Los Angeles Regional
Water Quality Control Board Notice of Violation directed to Calabasas,
Los Angeles County, and 19 other cities threatening litigation (copy
available for public inspection in City Clerk’s office).
2. One matter of Anticipated Litigation,
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9b(3)(A), facts and
circumstances that might result in litigation but which the City
believes are not yet known to potential plaintiff or plaintiffs.
3. Pending litigation, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54946.9(a): Calabasas Ridge HOA v. Gordon, LC
079145; Smith v. City of Calabasas, BS 106644; Cooper v. Calabasas
Park Estates Owners Association, BC 323695; Toby Keeler & Elizabeth
