Recommendation to approve a Professional Services Agreement with Willdan, to provide physical inventories and bid specifications for the general landscape maintenance of certain designated homeowners association common areas located in Landscape Maintenance Districts 24, 27 & 32; annual fire break clearance / weed abatement of certain designated areas of City-owned property and in Landscape Maintenance Districts 22 and 24; general landscape maintenance of City parks; and general landscape maintenance of certain designated City street medians, sidewalks and parkways in an amount not to exceed $150,000.
