Recommendation to award a construction contract to Silvia Construction, Inc., in the amount of $490,151 for the Annual Citywide Rubberized Overlay, Project Specification No. 04-05-04; appropriate $575,000 of Gas Tax Funds to Account No. 40-319-6502-12; and to authorize the Mayor to execute a contract with Willdan for the inspection services, in the amount of $35,000.
