NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Calabasas will be held on Wednesday, the 1st day of December, 2004, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, Conference Room No. 2, 26135 Mureau Road, Calabasas, California, to discuss the matters listed below.

CLOSED SESSION

The City Council will convene and adjourn into closed session to confer with legal counsel regarding:

  1. Real property negotiations, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8
    Negotiating parties: City of Calabasas and New Millennium Homes (NMH).
    Instruction: Discussion regarding property within NMH development.
    Identity of property: Tract No. 35596-09, Lot No. 11.

Adoption of Resolution No. 2004-916, adopting a mitigated negative declaration, a major modification to Vesting Tentative Map No. 35596 to convert nine existing vested lots into a park site and to convert the existing "School Site" to sixteen lots, creating a net increase of seven lots in "The Oaks" of Calabasas; and to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 04-015; and introduction of Ordinance No. 2004-197, approving an amendment to the existing Development Agreement for "The Oaks" of Calabasas.
