* Get vaccinated
* Clean your hands
* Get plenty of sleep
* Stay home when you're sick
* Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
* Cover mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing
* Drink plenty of fluids and eat nutritious meals
* Avoid close contact with others
* Be physically active
* Manage stress
