WILDLIFE RESTORATION DAYS - SPRING 2008
Native Plant and Wildlife Habitat Restoration Days - Individuals and groups are invited to participate in planting native plants, removing invasive plant species and restoring habitats.
Receive credit for community service hours.
Please RSVP to reserve tools and confirm your participation.

COLD CREEK HABITAT RESTORATION

Sat. April 12 - 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Sat. May 17 - 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Sat. June 21 - 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

WHAT TO BRING - Drinking water, wear work clothes and sturdy shoes. Hat, gloves and sunscreen are suggested. Tools are provided.

OAK WOODLAND AND COMMEMORATIVE OAKS RESTORATION

Sat. April 6 - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Sat. May 4 - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Sat. June 15 - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

WHAT TO BRING - Drinking water, wear work clothes and sturdy shoes. Hat, gloves and sunscreen are suggested. Tools are provided.

LA SIERRA CANYON HABITAT RESTORATION

Sat. April 5 - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Sat. May 3 - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Sat. June 7 - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

HEADWATERS CORNER HABITAT RESTORATION
Restoring the headwater ecosystem of the Los Angeles River offers a special, unique experience for groups, individuals and families wanting to make a difference. Join in the community effort to restore the special member of our area's ecosystem.

Projects for schools, youth organizations, and individuals are welcomed and need not be on scheduled activity days. Please RSVP if you plan to attend any of the restoration projects.
